GIANT STRIDE DIVE SHOP

All Day

Cayman Brac is located about 95 miles east of Grand Cayman and just 175 miles south of Cuba. In addition to world-class diving which is what brings most visitors to the island, there is growing interest in spending surface intervals hiking the island’s nature trails, biking its uncrowded roads, exploring its numerous limestone caves, and even rappelling or climbing the iconic Bluff. Enjoy some of the best diving in the Cayman Islands at a small, casual resort with expansive grounds that offer spaces for guests to play or get away. There’s plenty of beach for everyone to find their own favorite place, and the large walk-in pool offers varying depths for swimmers of all ages. Beach volleyball is a popular activity for groups and families while NOT exploring the underwater world. Late afternoons guests enjoy fun bar games like Bingo and weekly crab races while enjoying their favorite beverages and waiting for dinner. The island’s almost 70 named dive sites offer unlimited fabulous scuba diving on lush coral reefs teeming with marine life, which are just short boat rides away from the Cayman Brac Beach Resort. Warm tropical waters make exploring iconic dive sites like the 330-foot-long MV Captain Keith Tibbetts wreck comfortable year-round. And Reef Divers’ personalized valet services take the work out of diving so guests can enjoy underwater experiences at their own pace.  https://www.caymanbracbeachresort.com/ Cayman Brac Beach Resort INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE: 7 Nights Hotel Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner 6 Days of 2 Tank AM Dives Free Nitrox Included Welcome Rum Punch Manager’s Cocktail Reception Airport Ground Transfers Hotel Taxes, Fees & Gratuities NOT INCLUDED: Flights Dive Staff gratuities Gear rental if needed Alcoholic Beverages and soft drinks other than with meals Cost $1760.00 and Cash, Check or Credit Cards are welcome! $500.00 per person deposit is appreciated...final payment is due 90 days prior to departure date.

Giant Stride Dive Shop

All Day

Get your deposits in for the trip of a Lifetime and experience the wrecks of Truk Lagoon, Even if you're not a hardcore wreck diver these sunken ships will delight you with more color and life than you've ever seen on wrecks like the Heian, Yamagiri, Kansho, Amagisian, Seiko, Nippo, & Fujikawa all having the suffix of "Maru" meaning to return Home as most of these were  merchant ships converted to war machines. To see them now with marine life coating them in beauty and color we are priveliged to witness their splendor and not their wrath. The reason all these ships are in this one Lagoon area is this was our response to the Japanese attack in Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 ....we called it Operation Hailstone and it commenced February 17 & 18 1944 sinking more than 40 ships and 250 warplanes of the Japanese fleet. https://www.bluelagoondiveresort.com/truk-lagoon-history.html In Palau enjoy tons of pelagic fish on sites like Chandelier Cave, Virgin Hole, German Channel, Blue Corner and Jellyfish Lake. http://www.samstours.com/palau-diving/diving-with-sams-tours Truk & Palau (Jan 2021): 7 nights at the Blue Lagoon Resort, standard room (16-23JAN) 6 days of 3 tank boat diving (17-22JAN) Tax and airport transfers included 1 night in Guam at the Days Inn, standard room (23-24JAN) Tax and airport shuttle included 8 nights at the Palau Central Hotel, standard rock island view  (24JAN-01FEB) Breakfast daily at the Palau Central Hotel (25-31JAN) 6 days of 2 tank boat diving including lunch with Sam’s Dive Tours (25-30JAN) 5 x 3rd tank boat dives & 1 Jellyfish Lake snorkel (may be replaced by a wreck dive) after dive day (25-29JAN) Unlimited diving at Sam’s Macro Wall Nitrox up to 32% for certified nitrox divers Tax and airport transfers included   1 night in Honolulu at the Best Western, standard room (31JAN-01FEB) Tax and free airport shuttle included   Flights Approximate cost: $2,500-2800 per person (will not be available until February 2020) 3 nights hotel (2 in Honolulu and 1 in Guam) 7 night Truk package 8 night Palau package Cost:  4500.00 Not included: Flights, Truk dive permit ($50), Truk departure tax ($40 pp, paid at airport upon departure), Palau departure tax ($20 pp, paid at airport upon departure), Palau Green Fee ($30 pp, paid at airport upon departure), dive permits (Palau only $50, Palau with Jellyfish Lake: $100 pp, Peleliu: $30 pp), fuel surcharge for trips to Peleliu (if applicable), dive rental equipment, meals/beverages other than those mentioned, dive crew gratuities, dive insurance and travel insurance.
