SOLD OUT!!!!!  The Larchmont, originally named the Cumberland was a 252 foot long side wheel paddle steamer owned by the Joy Steamship Line and carried both Passengers and cargo.  On February 11,1907 she was Rammed in a blizzard by the schooner Harry P. Knowlton and took  upwards of 200 lives….there were no survivors. One of the side wheels still stands upright but the rest of the wreck is broken up. This is an advanced tidal dive (for the very experienced diver) with a depth of 130′ which will be the constant depth for most of this dive, and slack tide will start around 8:30-9:00am. We will do a 2nd dive on either the Karen Jean or Heroine. This Charter, Priority Charters, and Giant Stride Dive Shop, requires an advanced cert. with experience diving to depths greater than 120 ft. in New England (or similar) waters. A redundant air source, lift bag or safety sausage, and whistle or horn is required. Pony bottles and regs are available to rent. Cost is $160.00 per diver and only 6 spots are available. Reservations are made by full pre-payment that is nonrefundable. If you cancel your reservation you forfeit the full payment. If our captain cancels the trip, we issue a full refund if you paid in cash and a store credit if paid by credit card. Cancellations by our Captain are made on the day of the charter, one hour before sailing time. We cannot guarantee dive sites, alternate dive site selection does not constitute a cancellation or a refund. Please be at the marina 1/2 to 1 hour before sailing time, to fill out a waiver, present a certification card and get fully loaded 15 minutes before departure time. Our boats sail on time at 7:00 am and if you miss the boat it’s your loss. Your seat is held by full prepayment only.
